Nutritional Yeast Wonder

Nutritional Yeast is grown on mineral enriched cane and beet molasses and is used as a food supplement in the form of powders or yellow flakes. Nutritional yeast is rich in:

Favored by vegetarians and the health conscious, nutritional yeast provides as much protein as meat and is a good source of vitamin B-12.
